A: If your current accountant is currently offering you an excellent service with competitive fees, then you should continue with them. Often accountants do the bare minimum and do not make an effort to understand customer’s vision and the bigger picture. We not only listen to you and save you from paying more tax than is legally necessary, we keep a check on your changing needs and requirements.

A: We do not have any hidden costs and run a very transparent business. Our fees are based on the value we provide to you. We quote our fees before we start working with you and have flexible paying terms for your convenience. Our services are not expensive, we offer value for your money and we do not believe in surprising you with obscure costs.
Q: When can we come meet you?
A: If you do not have a prior appointment and need to see us urgently, we can either talk to you and arrange a meeting or you can walk in to our office location during weekdays between 9am and 5.30pm. Our office is always open if you need to pop in and speak with someone without notice.
Q: Is it difficult to change accountants?
A: The mechanics of changing accountants is straightforward. We will write to your current accountant, notifying them of their assumption of responsibility for your business and requesting ‘professional clearance’ along with any relevant paperwork. Your current accountant will provide the requested details within a reasonable time. There may be a fee for the administration necessary to satisfy the switch request, though it should not exceed an hour’s work. Once this fee and any other outstanding charges are paid and we are in possession of the relevant documents, the transfer is complete.
Q: Do I have to come to your office for the consultation?
A: No, not at all. We are quite flexible that way; it is up to you if you want us to come to your office, meet up at a coffee shop, or Book a Online meeting. Whatever suits you best.
Q: Do you provide a guaranteed quote?
A: As mentioned earlier, we run a very transparent practice and not have any hidden charges to surprise you. Before we start working with you, we work out the services that you require and base our fees on the work and time involved. If under any circumstances there is any reason for the work to be extended, which is beyond our means, we discuss with you before proceeding.
